The cottage was built in 1900 and is situated in a quiet road flanked by cherry blossom trees.  The property provides accommodation for 3 people and a baby cot.  There is also a folding guest bed for a fourth person.

 The living room has remote control TV, digital satellite, DVD, video player and CD/radio/cassette player.  There is a range of DVD films, videos and CDs provided.

 The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooker, grill, oven, extractor fan, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.  China, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils are all provided.  It has a smoke alarm and a fire blanket.  The dining area has a table and four chairs.

 The bathroom has a marble vanity unit and marble flooring, shower, WC, wall mounted hairdryer, shaver point and heated towel rail.

 Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one single.  The master bedroom has a double bed with orthopaedic mattress and storage under.  There are fitted wardrobes, basin with mirror and overhead light, remote control TV and video player, radio alarm clock and CORBY trouser press.  The second bedroom has a single bed, basin with vanity unit, remote control TV and storage in Scandinavian pine.

 There is a patio at the back of the cottage with a table, chairs and a sun bed.  There is also a retrievable clothesline.

 We have a NO SMOKING policy, although our guests are welcome to step into the patio and smoke.

 A cot and a highchair are both available if required at an additional cost of 20 GBP per item for the length of stay.
